21. And they sacrificed sacrifices unto the LORD, and offered burnt offerings unto the LORD, on the morrow after that day, even a thousand bullocks, a thousand rams, and a thousand lambs, with their drink offerings, and sacrifices in abundance for all Israel:
SMS 22. And did eat and drink before the LORD on that day with great gladness. And they made Solomon the son of David king the second time, and anointed him unto the LORD to be the chief governor, and Zadok to be priest.
1Imp 1.35Then ye shall come up after him, that he may come and sit upon my throne; for he shall be king in my stead: and I have appointed him to be ruler over Israel and over Judah. ;
SMS 23. Then Solomon sat on the throne of the LORD as king instead of David his father, and prospered; and all Israel obeyed him.
SMS 24. And all the princes, and the mighty men, and all the sons likewise of king David, submitted themselves unto Solomon the king.
Ecl 8.2I counsel thee to keep the king's commandment, and that in regard of the oath of God. ;
SMS 25. And the LORD magnified Solomon exceedingly in the sight of all Israel, and bestowed upon him such royal majesty as had not been on any king before him in Israel.
1Imp 3.13And I have also given thee that which thou hast not asked, both riches, and honor: so that there shall not be any among the kings like unto thee all thy days. ;
2Cron 1.12Wisdom and knowledge is granted unto thee; and I will give thee riches, and wealth, and honor, such as none of the kings have had that have been before thee, neither shall there any after thee have the like. ;
Ecl 2.9So I was great, and increased more than all that were before me in Jerusalem: also my wisdom remained with me. ;
SMS 26. Thus David the son of Jesse reigned over all Israel.
SMS 27. And the time that he reigned over Israel was forty years; seven years reigned he in Hebron, and thirty and three years reigned he in Jerusalem.
2Sam 5.4David was thirty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned forty years. ;

SMS 28. And he died in a good old age, full of days, riches, and honor: and Solomon his son reigned in his stead.
Gen 25.8Then Abraham gave up the ghost, and died in a good old age, an old man, and full of years; and was gathered to his people. ;
1Cron 23.1So when David was old and full of days, he made Solomon his son king over Israel. ;
