1. Wherefore, Job, I pray thee, hear my speeches, and hearken to all my words.
SMS 2. Behold, now I have opened my mouth, my tongue hath spoken in my mouth.
SMS 3. My words shall be of the uprightness of my heart: and my lips shall utter knowledge clearly.
SMS 4. The spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life.
Gen 2.7And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. ;
SMS 5. If thou canst answer me, set thy words in order before me, stand up.
SMS 6. Behold, I am according to thy wish in God's stead: I also am formed out of the clay.
Iov 9.34-35Let him take his rod away from me, and let not his fear terrify me: ;
Iov 13.20-21Only do not two things unto me: then will I not hide myself from thee. ;

Iov 23.10-11But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold. ;
Iov 27.5God forbid that I should justify you: till I die I will not remove mine integrity from me. ;
Iov 29.14I put on righteousness, and it clothed me: my judgment was as a robe and a diadem. ;
Iov 31.1I made a covenant with mine eyes; why then should I think upon a maid? ;
SMS 10. Behold, he findeth occasions against me, he counteth me for his enemy,
Iov 13.24Wherefore hidest thou thy face, and holdest me for thine enemy? ;
Iov 16.9He teareth me in his wrath, who hateth me: he gnasheth upon me with his teeth; mine enemy sharpeneth his eyes upon me. ;
Iov 19.11He hath also kindled his wrath against me, and he counteth me unto him as one of his enemies. ;
