11. Vow, and pay unto the LORD your God: let all that be round about him bring presents unto him that ought to be feared.

When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed. ;2Cron 32.22-23
Thus the LORD saved Hezekiah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem from the hand of Sennacherib the king of Assyria, and from the hand of all other, and guided them on every side. ;Ps 68.29
Because of thy temple at Jerusalem shall kings bring presents unto thee. ;Ps 89.7
God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be had in reverence of all them that are about him. ;
12. He shall cut off the spirit of princes: he is terrible to the kings of the earth.

O God, thou art terrible out of thy holy places: the God of Israel is he that giveth strength and power unto his people. Blessed be God. ;
