1. Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song unto the LORD, and spake, saying, I will sing unto the LORD, for he hath triumphed gloriously: the horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea.

2. The LORD is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father's God, and I will exalt him.

3. The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name.
Ps 24.8
Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. ;Apoc 19.11
And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. ;Ex 6.3
And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them. ;Ps 83.18
That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth. ;SMS

4. Pharaoh's chariots and his host hath he cast into the sea: his chosen captains also are drowned in the Red sea.
Ex 14.28
And the waters returned, and covered the chariots, and the horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there remained not so much as one of them. ;Ex 14.7
And he took six hundred chosen chariots, and all the chariots of Egypt, and captains over every one of them. ;SMS

5. The depths have covered them: they sank into the bottom as a stone.
Ex 14.28
And the waters returned, and covered the chariots, and the horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there remained not so much as one of them. ;Neem 9.11
And thou didst divide the sea before them, so that they went through the midst of the sea on the dry land; and their persecutors thou threwest into the deeps, as a stone into the mighty waters. ;SMS

6. Thy right hand, O LORD, is become glorious in power: thy right hand, O LORD, hath dashed in pieces the enemy.
Ps 118.15-16
The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly. ;SMS

7. And in the greatness of thine excellency thou hast overthrown them that rose up against thee: thou sentest forth thy wrath, which consumed them as stubble.
Deut 33.26
There is none like unto the God of Jeshurun, who rideth upon the heaven in thy help, and in his excellency on the sky. ;Ps 59.13
Consume them in wrath, consume them, that they may not be: and let them know that God ruleth in Jacob unto the ends of the earth. Selah. ;Isa 5.24
Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of the LORD of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel. ;Isa 47.14
Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: there shall not be a coal to warm at, nor fire to sit before it. ;SMS

8. And with the blast of thy nostrils the waters were gathered together, the floods stood upright as an heap, and the depths were congealed in the heart of the sea.

And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided. ;2Sam 22.16
And the channels of the sea appeared, the foundations of the world were discovered, at the rebuking of the LORD, at the blast of the breath of his nostrils. ;Iov 4.9
By the blast of God they perish, and by the breath of his nostrils are they consumed. ;2Tes 2.8
And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: ;Ps 78.13
He divided the sea, and caused them to pass through; and he made the waters to stand as an heap. ;Hab 3.10
The mountains saw thee, and they trembled: the overflowing of the water passed by: the deep uttered his voice, and lifted up his hands on high. ;SMS

9. The enemy said, I will pursue, I will overtake, I will divide the spoil; my lust shall be satisfied upon them; I will draw my sword, my hand shall destroy them.
Jud 5.30
Have they not sped? have they not divided the prey; to every man a damsel or two; to Sisera a prey of divers colors, a prey of divers colors of needlework, of divers colors of needlework on both sides, meet for the necks of them that take the spoil? ;Gen 49.27
Benjamin shall raven as a wolf: in the morning he shall devour the prey, and at night he shall divide the spoil. ;Isa 53.12

10. Thou didst blow with thy wind, the sea covered them: they sank as lead in the mighty waters.
