11. Now I know that the LORD is greater than all gods: for in the thing wherein they dealt proudly he was above them.

Come on, let us deal wisely with them; lest they multiply, and it come to pass, that, when there falleth out any war, they join also unto our enemies, and fight against us, and so get them up out of the land. ;Ex 5.2-7
And Pharaoh said, Who is the LORD, that I should obey his voice to let Israel go? I know not the LORD, neither will I let Israel go. ;Ex 14.8-18
And the LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he pursued after the children of Israel: and the children of Israel went out with an high hand. ;1Sam 2.3
Talk no more so exceeding proudly; let not arrogancy come out of your mouth: for the LORD is a God of knowledge, and by him actions are weighed. ;Neem 9.10-29

12. And Jethro, Moses' father in law, took a burnt offering and sacrifices for God: and Aaron came, and all the elders of Israel, to eat bread with Moses' father in law before God.
Deut 12.7
And there ye shall eat before the LORD your God, and ye shall rejoice in all that ye put your hand unto, ye and your households, wherein the LORD thy God hath blessed thee. ;1Cron 29.22
And did eat and drink before the LORD on that day with great gladness. And they made Solomon the son of David king the second time, and anointed him unto the LORD to be the chief governor, and Zadok to be priest. ;1Cor 10.18-21
Behold Israel after the flesh: are not they which eat of the sacrifices partakers of the altar? ;1Cor 10.31
Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God. ;

13. And it came to pass on the morrow, that Moses sat to judge the people: and the people stood by Moses from the morning unto the evening.

14. And when Moses' father in law saw all that he did to the people, he said, What is this thing that thou doest to the people? why sittest thou thyself alone, and all the people stand by thee from morning unto even?

15. And Moses said unto his father in law, Because the people come unto me to inquire of God:

And they put him in ward, because it was not declared what should be done to him. ;

16. When they have a matter, they come unto me; and I judge between one and another, and I do make them know the statutes of God, and his laws.

Keep thee far from a false matter; and the innocent and righteous slay thou not: for I will not justify the wicked. ;Ex 24.14
And he said unto the elders, Tarry ye here for us, until we come again unto you: and, behold, Aaron and Hur are with you: if any man have any matters to do, let him come unto them. ;Deut 17.8
If there arise a matter too hard for thee in judgment, between blood and blood, between plea and plea, and between stroke and stroke, being matters of controversy within thy gates: then shalt thou arise, and get thee up into the place which the LORD thy God shall choose; ;2Sam 15.3
And Absalom said unto him, See, thy matters are good and right; but there is no man deputed of the king to hear thee. ;Iov 31.13
If I did despise the cause of my manservant or of my maidservant, when they contended with me; ;Fapt 18.15
But if it be a question of words and names, and of your law, look ye to it; for I will be no judge of such matters. ;1Cor 6.1
Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints? ;Lev 24.15
And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, Whosoever curseth his God shall bear his sin. ;Num 15.35
And the LORD said unto Moses, The man shall be surely put to death: all the congregation shall stone him with stones without the camp. ;Num 27.6-etc
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, ;Num 36.6-9
This is the thing which the LORD doth command concerning the daughters of Zelophehad, saying, Let them marry to whom they think best; only to the family of the tribe of their father shall they marry. ;

17. And Moses' father in law said unto him, The thing that thou doest is not good.

18. Thou wilt surely wear away, both thou, and this people that is with thee: for this thing is too heavy for thee; thou art not able to perform it thyself alone.
Num 11.14-17
I am not able to bear all this people alone, because it is too heavy for me. ;Deut 1.9-12
And I spake unto you at that time, saying, I am not able to bear you myself alone: ;

19. Hearken now unto my voice, I will give thee counsel, and God shall be with thee: Be thou for the people to God-ward, that thou mayest bring the causes unto God:
Ex 3.12
And he said, Certainly I will be with thee; and this shall be a token unto thee, that I have sent thee: When thou hast brought forth the people out of Egypt, ye shall serve God upon this mountain. ;Ex 4.16
And he shall be thy spokesman unto the people: and he shall be, even he shall be to thee instead of a mouth, and thou shalt be to him instead of God. ;Ex 20.19
And they said unto Moses, Speak thou with us, and we will hear: but let not God speak with us, lest we die. ;Deut 5.5
(I stood between the LORD and you at that time, to show you the word of the LORD: for ye were afraid by reason of the fire, and went not up into the mount;) saying, ;Num 27.5
And Moses brought their cause before the LORD. ;

20. And thou shalt teach them ordinances and laws, and shalt show them the way wherein they must walk, and the work that they must do.
Deut 4.1-5
Now therefore hearken, O Israel, unto the statutes and unto the judgments, which I teach you, for to do them, that ye may live, and go in and possess the land which the LORD God of your fathers giveth you. ;Deut 5.1
And Moses called all Israel, and said unto them, Hear, O Israel, the statutes and judgments which I speak in your ears this day, that ye may learn them, and keep, and do them. ;Deut 6.1-2
Now these are the commandments, the statutes, and the judgments, which the LORD your God commanded to teach you, that ye might do them in the land whither ye go to possess it: ;Deut 7.11
Thou shalt therefore keep the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which I command thee this day, to do them. ;Ps 143.8
Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee. ;Deut 1.18
And I commanded you at that time all the things which ye should do. ;
