12. A naughty person, a wicked man, walketh with a froward mouth.

14. Frowardness is in his heart, he deviseth mischief continually; he soweth discord.
Mic 2.1
Woe to them that devise iniquity, and work evil upon their beds! when the morning is light, they practise it, because it is in the power of their hand. ;Prov 6.19

15. Therefore shall his calamity come suddenly; suddenly shall he be broken without remedy.

18. An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,

And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. ;Isa 59.7
Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths. ;Rom 3.15

19. A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty. ;Prov 19.5
A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaketh lies shall not escape. ;Prov 6.14
