11. For as the earth bringeth forth her bud, and as the garden causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord GOD will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.

The mountains shall bring peace to the people, and the little hills, by righteousness. ;Ps 85.11
Truth shall spring out of the earth; and righteousness shall look down from heaven. ;Isa 60.18
Violence shall no more be heard in thy land, wasting nor destruction within thy borders; but thou shalt call thy walls Salvation, and thy gates Praise. ;Isa 62.7
And give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth. ;
