21. Hear now this, O foolish people, and without understanding; which have eyes, and see not; which have ears, and hear not:
Isa 6.9
And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not. ;Ezec 12.2
Son of man, thou dwellest in the midst of a rebellious house, which have eyes to see, and see not; they have ears to hear, and hear not: for they are a rebellious house. ;Mat 13.14
And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: ;Ioan 12.40

Apoc 15.4

Ps 147.8
Who covereth the heaven with clouds, who prepareth rain for the earth, who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains. ;Ier 14.22
Are there any among the vanities of the Gentiles that can cause rain? or can the heavens give showers? art not thou he, O LORD our God? therefore we will wait upon thee: for thou hast made all these things. ;Mat 5.45

29. Shall I not visit for these things? saith the LORD: shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?

30. A wonderful and horrible thing is committed in the land;
Ier 23.14
I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem an horrible thing: they commit adultery, and walk in lies: they strengthen also the hands of evildoers, that none doth return from his wickedness; they are all of them unto me as Sodom, and the inhabitants thereof as Gomorrah. ;Osea 6.10
I have seen an horrible thing in the house of Israel: there is the whoredom of Ephraim, Israel is defiled. ;
