1. And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.
Marc 13.1
And as he went out of the temple, one of his disciples saith unto him, Master, see what manner of stones and what buildings are here! ;Luc 21.5
And as some spake of the temple, how it was adorned with goodly stones and gifts, he said, ;

2. And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

Then will I cut off Israel out of the land which I have given them; and this house, which I have hallowed for my name, will I cast out of my sight; and Israel shall be a proverb and a byword among all people: ;Ier 26.18
Micah the Morasthite prophesied in the days of Hezekiah king of Judah, and spake to all the people of Judah, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Zion shall be plowed like a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of a forest. ;Mic 3.12
Therefore shall Zion for your sake be plowed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of the forest. ;Luc 19.44
And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation. ;

3. And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

4. And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. ;

5. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
Ier 14.14
Then the LORD said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their heart. ;Ier 23.21-25

And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. ;

6. And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

7. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

And it shall come to pass in that day, that a great tumult from the LORD shall be among them; and they shall lay hold every one on the hand of his neighbour, and his hand shall rise up against the hand of his neighbour. ;

8. All these are the beginning of sorrows.

9. Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.

But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues; ;Marc 13.9
But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them. ;Luc 21.12
But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake. ;Ioan 15.20
Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. ;Ioan 16.2
They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service. ;Fapt 4.2-3
Being grieved that they taught the people, and preached through Jesus the resurrection from the dead. ;Fapt 7.59
And they stoned Stephen, calling upon God, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit. ;Fapt 12.1
Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth his hands to vex certain of the church. ;1Pet 4.16
Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf. ;Apoc 2.10-13
Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life. ;

10. And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
