21. And afterward they desired a king: and God gave unto them Saul the son of Cis, a man of the tribe of Benjamin, by the space of forty years.

I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him: ;1Sam 13.14
But now thy kingdom shall not continue: the LORD hath sought him a man after his own heart, and the LORD hath commanded him to be captain over his people, because thou hast not kept that which the LORD commanded thee. ;Fapt 7.46
Who found favour before God, and desired to find a tabernacle for the God of Jacob. ;SMS
23. Of this man's seed hath God according to his promise raised unto Israel a Saviour, Jesus:
Isa 11.1
And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: ;Luc 1.32-69
He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: ;Fapt 2.30

24. When John had first preached before his coming the baptism of repentance to all the people of Israel.

25. And as John fulfilled his course, he said, Whom think ye that I am? I am not he. But, behold, there cometh one after me, whose shoes of his feet I am not worthy to loose.

The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go. ;SMS
29. And when they had fulfilled all that was written of him, they took him down from the tree, and laid him in a sepulchre.
Luc 18.31
Then he took unto him the twelve, and said unto them, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem, and all things that are written by the prophets concerning the Son of man shall be accomplished. ;Luc 24.44
And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me. ;Ioan 19.28-37
After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst. ;Mat 27.59
And when Joseph had taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, ;Marc 15.46

And after this Joseph of Arimathaea, being a disciple of Jesus, but secretly for fear of the Jews, besought Pilate that he might take away the body of Jesus: and Pilate gave him leave. He came therefore, and took the body of Jesus. ;SMS
