21. But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
Fapt 15.11
But we believe that through the grace of the LORD Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they. ;Rom 1.17
For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. ;Filip 3.9
And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: ;Evr 11.4
By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh. ;Ioan 5.46
For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me; for he wrote of me. ;Fapt 26.22
Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come: ;Rom 1.2
(Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,) ;1Pet 1.10
Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you: ;

22. Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

What shall we say then that Abraham our father, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found? ;Rom 10.12
For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. ;Gal 3.28
There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. ;Col 3.11
Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all. ;

23. For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Rom 3.9
What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin; ;Rom 11.32
For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all. ;Gal 3.22
But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. ;

24. Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
Rom 4.16
Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all, ;Efes 2.8
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: ;Tit 3.5-7
Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; ;Mat 20.28
Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many. ;Efes 1.7
In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; ;Col 1.11
Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness; ;1Tim 2.6
Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time. ;Evr 9.12
Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. ;1Pet 1.18-19
Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; ;

25. Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
Lev 16.15
Then shall he kill the goat of the sin offering, that is for the people, and bring his blood within the vail, and do with that blood as he did with the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it upon the mercy seat, and before the mercy seat: ;1Ioan 2.2
And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for our's only, but also for the sins of the whole world. ;1Ioan 4.10
Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. ;Col 1.20
And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven. ;Fapt 13.38-39
Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: ;1Tim 1.15
This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief. ;Fapt 17.30
And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: ;Evr 9.15
And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance. ;

26. To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

27. Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.
Rom 2.17-23
Behold, thou art called a Jew, and restest in the law, and makest thy boast of God, ;Rom 4.2
For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God. ;1Cor 1.29-31
That no flesh should glory in his presence. ;Efes 2.9
Not of works, lest any man should boast. ;

28. Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
Fapt 13.38-39
Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: ;Rom 3.20-22
Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin. ;Rom 8.3
For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: ;Gal 2.16
Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. ;

29. Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:

30. Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.
Rom 10.12-13

And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. ;
