1. Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.
1Cor 4.16
Wherefore I beseech you, be ye followers of me. ;Efes 5.1
Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; ;Filip 3.17
Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample. ;1Tes 1.6
And ye became followers of us, and of the Lord, having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Ghost. ;2Tes 3.9
Not because we have not power, but to make ourselves an ensample unto you to follow us. ;SMS

2. Now I praise you, brethren, that ye remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances, as I delivered them to you.
1Cor 4.17
For this cause have I sent unto you Timotheus, who is my beloved son, and faithful in the Lord, who shall bring you into remembrance of my ways which be in Christ, as I teach every where in every church. ;1Cor 7.17
But as God hath distributed to every man, as the Lord hath called every one, so let him walk. And so ordain I in all churches. ;SMS

3. But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
Efes 5.23
For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. ;Gen 3.16
Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. ;1Tim 2.11-12
Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. ;1Pet 3.1-6
Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives; ;Ioan 14.28

4. Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonoureth his head.
1Cor 12.10-28
To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: ;1Cor 14.1
Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but rather that ye may prophesy. ;SMS

5. But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven.
Fapt 21.9
And the same man had four daughters, virgins, which did prophesy. ;Deut 21.12
Then thou shalt bring her home to thine house, and she shall shave her head, and pare her nails; ;SMS

6. For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered.

And the priest shall set the woman before the LORD, and uncover the woman's head, and put the offering of memorial in her hands, which is the jealousy offering: and the priest shall have in his hand the bitter water that causeth the curse: ;Deut 22.5
The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God. ;SMS

7. For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man.
Gen 1.26-27
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. ;Gen 5.1
This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him; ;Gen 9.6
Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man. ;SMS

8. For the man is not of the woman: but the woman of the man.
Gen 2.21-22
And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; ;SMS

9. Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.
Gen 2.18-23
And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. ;SMS

10. For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the angels.
Gen 24.65
For she had said unto the servant, What man is this that walketh in the field to meet us? And the servant had said, It is my master: therefore she took a vail, and covered herself. ;Ecl 5.6
Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel, that it was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thine hands? ;SMS
