21. For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ's.
1Cor 10.24-33Let no man seek his own, but every man another's wealth. ;
1Cor 13.5Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; ;
2Tim 4.10-16For Demas hath forsaken me, having loved this present world, and is departed unto Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus unto Dalmatia. ;
SMS 22. But ye know the proof of him, that, as a son with the father, he hath served with me in the gospel.
1Cor 4.17For this cause have I sent unto you Timotheus, who is my beloved son, and faithful in the Lord, who shall bring you into remembrance of my ways which be in Christ, as I teach every where in every church. ;
1Tim 1.2Unto Timothy, my own son in the faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God our Father and Jesus Christ our Lord. ;
2Tim 1.2To Timothy, my dearly beloved son: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord. ;
SMS 23. Him therefore I hope to send presently, so soon as I shall see how it will go with me.
SMS 24. But I trust in the Lord that I also myself shall come shortly.
Filip 1.25And having this confidence, I know that I shall abide and continue with you all for your furtherance and joy of faith; ;
SMS 25. Yet I supposed it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother, and companion in labour, and fellowsoldier, but your messenger, and he that ministered to my wants.
Filip 4.18But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to God. ;
2Cor 8.23Whether any do enquire of Titus, he is my partner and fellowhelper concerning you: or our brethren be enquired of, they are the messengers of the churches, and the glory of Christ. ;
2Cor 11.9And when I was present with you, and wanted, I was chargeable to no man: for that which was lacking to me the brethren which came from Macedonia supplied: and in all things I have kept myself from being burdensome unto you, and so will I keep myself. ;
Filip 4.18But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to God. ;
SMS 26. For he longed after you all, and was full of heaviness, because that ye had heard that he had been sick.
Filip 1.8For God is my record, how greatly I long after you all in the bowels of Jesus Christ. ;
SMS 27. For indeed he was sick nigh unto death: but God had mercy on him; and not on him only, but on me also, lest I should have sorrow upon sorrow.
SMS 28. I sent him therefore the more carefully, that, when ye see him again, ye may rejoice, and that I may be the less sorrowful.
SMS 29. Receive him therefore in the Lord with all gladness; and hold such in reputation:
1Cor 16.18For they have refreshed my spirit and your's: therefore acknowledge ye them that are such. ;
1Tes 5.12And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you; ;
1Tim 5.17Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine. ;
SMS 30. Because for the work of Christ he was nigh unto death, not regarding his life, to supply your lack of service toward me.
1Cor 16.17I am glad of the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus: for that which was lacking on your part they have supplied. ;
Filip 4.10But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity. ;
