Prov 31.1The words of king Lemuel, the prophecy that his mother taught him. ;
2. Surely I am more brutish than any man, and have not the understanding of a man.
Ps 73.22So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before thee. ;
3. I neither learned wisdom, nor have the knowledge of the holy.
4. Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended? who hath gathered the wind in his fists? who hath bound the waters in a garment? who hath established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what is his son's name, if thou canst tell?
Ioan 3.13And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven. ;
Iov 38.4Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding. ;

5. Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.
Ps 12.6The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. ;
Ps 18.30As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him. ;
Ps 19.8The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes. ;
Ps 119.140Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it. ;
Ps 18.30As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him. ;
Ps 84.11For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. ;
Ps 115.9-11O Israel, trust thou in the LORD: he is their help and their shield. ;
6. Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.
Deut 4.2Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you. ;
Deut 12.32What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it. ;

10. Accuse not a servant unto his master, lest he curse thee, and thou be found guilty.
