1. Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God,

Paul called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother, ;Gal 1.1
Paul, an apostle, (not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead;) ;1Tim 1.11
According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust. ;1Tim 2.7

3. Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh;

He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: ;Fapt 2.30
Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne; ;2Tim 2.8
Remember that Jesus Christ of the seed of David was raised from the dead according to my gospel: ;SMS

4. And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:
Ioan 1.14
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. ;Gal 4.4
But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, ;Fapt 13.33
God hath fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he hath raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee. ;Evr 9.14
How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? ;SMS

5. By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:
Rom 12.3
For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. ;Rom 15.15
Nevertheless, brethren, I have written the more boldly unto you in some sort, as putting you in mind, because of the grace that is given to me of God, ;1Cor 15.10

6. Among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ:

7. To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. ;2Cor 1.2

8. First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world.
1Cor 1.4
I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ; ;Filip 1.3
I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, ;Col 1.3-4
We give thanks to God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you, ;1Tes 1.2
We give thanks to God always for you all, making mention of you in our prayers; ;Rom 16.19
For your obedience is come abroad unto all men. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil. ;1Tes 1.8
For from you sounded out the word of the Lord not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place your faith to God-ward is spread abroad; so that we need not to speak any thing. ;SMS

9. For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;

10. Making request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come unto you.
